Welcome to The Tricia. This couple came to me through a great builder I work with. They had a start to a plan, but it wasn’t everything. After going through my questionnaire on how they live, and picking their brains as to what they didn’t like, some serious redesign was done to capture the beautiful views more, and make the living spaces more functional.
