This great couple is huge on entertaining! Their existing home just wasn't adequately laid out to be able to accommodate all the people they had over. A kitchen over the hall was completed, opening up the interior spaces, as well as adding in a large French Door + Window system to incorporate the interior and exterior environment. Along with the kitchen update, part of the garage was converted to living space to be an extra bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. Many universal design elements came into play to allow the couple to age in place.
